After the damage sustained by 2 World Financial Center during the 9/11 attacks, the building required a complete restoration of its lobby, corporate fitness center, and spa. These areas were rebuilt using the original specs for the building, incorporating local, sustainable materials. Designed by Frank Pizzurro while a project manager at Gensler.
