Project architect and designer for this 144-room luxury 5-star hotel under the licensure of MG Architects New York in partnership with Wilson Associates interior architectural design firm. Supported the exterior renovation, working with the New York City Landmark Preservation Commission and designed the modern glass canopy, which was subject to community board approval. The grand ballroom has been featured in the New York Times and other prominent periodicals for high-profile events. The property is now a part of the Cipriani Italian hotel and leisure company.
